Step 1: Basic information
Note: If  you  plan  to  apply,  you  must  register  as  soon  as  possible.  This will ensure  that you have enough time to apply for a visa if you are selected to attend the final in Indonesia. For registration, please send the compressed file (including personal certificate photo and curriculum vitae,in zip/rar format, all team members in ONE file) retitled in the form of “Nationality-Name” to our official mailbox(yicgg@hotmail.com). Step: 2 Group Design for Creative Projects
To participate in the first round competition, you/ your group need to submit a paper and a 1-minute self-introduction video to the YICGG Commission.
The submission should also be submitted through the official mailbox（yicgg@hotmail.com）.

Step 3: Assessment & Result Release
Timetable: April 30th – Release of results
The   results   will   be   announced   to   all  the   teams   before   April  30th.  The  YICGG Commission  will  confirm  the  participating  teams  of  the  second  round  based  on  the opinions of the  Expert Commission. These teams will be selected to participate in the summer summit in Indonesia.

Step 4: Confirmation
Deadline: May 6th – Confirmation of attendance
All teams will be given one week to consider whether to participate in the rest part of YICGG in Indonesia and should reply before May 6th. Once confirmed, you will receive an invitation letter by the committee of YICGG2019, on behalf of the School Dean of Fudan University.
